National Electric Football Invitational and Fundraiser
We were so glad to help out the Courage Center by donating to their cause at the recent National Electric Football fundraiser. The tournament took place on August 30th at the Millenium Hotel in Minnepaolis at 1313 Nicollect Mall. The was free a few of us tailgaters donated to the "Courage Center," which is a national, not-for-profit rehabilitation and resource center for people with physical disabilities, brain injuries, speech or vision impairments or hearing loss. Many former and current Vikings were in attendance, including Boom Boom Brown, Joey Browner and Chuck Foreman, all members of the Vikings All-Time team. Mookie even bought 2 electric football teams during the silent auction. He purcahsed the all-time Vikings team (in Purple pants) and the 2003 Vikings team in their road uniforms!
