Help Mookie BUY the VIKINGS or a cool Tailgate vehicle!

Donate to the cause. 600 Million is needed to buy the team and keep the tailgating website going. By donating to our ownership drive, we will someday be able to take over the team, it's official website, all the free-agency signings, the hiring and firing of coaches etc. Maybe we could even control the idiot media? Wouldn't that be AWESOME? Vikes fans deserve a Super Bowl, and when we finally buy the Vikings (or a cool tailgate vehicle) then it will all make sense. VikingsTailgate.com thanks you!

We show up early for tailgating at the Metrodome for every home Vikings game. Some say we are "possessed" as the early tailgaters from our crew show up 7-8 hours before game time to assemble the goalposts and set up camp for the day. We have had season tickets since 1997 and have remained in Section 205 of the Metrodome for all this time. Frankly, we find these seats in the upper deck of the Dome to be affordable with great site lines.

Over the years our tailgating group has expanded and we now include many members from different NFL cities all over the U.S. Most of us are Vikings fans, but we hold no grudges or bias toward any loyal NFL fan. A valuable lesson we have learned over the years is that fans from other teams are just like us, the only difference is geography. If you recognize that and respect each other, there relly is no reason to have "hate" factor into the NFL fan experience. We have good natured ribbing with many fans, but that's as far as it goes. We pride ourselves on the fact that we serve as a "haven" for fans from other teams in our tailgating lot. Many times we have pulled Packer, Lion and Bears fans into our humble camp, offering them amnesty from many who do not share our ambassador-like theory.
