The basic vision remains the same. Tally up the workload and statistical totals as a way of understanding how the rookies are playing. Note: that doesn’t mean looking at these numbers as the final word on the issue that is rookie performance. Instead, it’s a small, insufficient way of coming at the topic — rookie contributions — in a recurring manner.
